Emergency services responded to the scene near Haar Road and Emig Road shortly after 2:10 p.m. following a 911 call reporting an active police situation.

Authorities confirmed that two individuals were transported to WellSpan York Hospital with serious injuries. A medical helicopter was observed landing at the hospital, and multiple law enforcement agencies remain active at the scene.
