A 21-year-old man from Idaho Falls, Krew Mario Zaugg, was arrested and charged with two felonies: rape of a minor under 16 and lewd conduct with a child under 16.
The alleged incident occurred in early May. Zaugg was booked into the Bonneville County Jail on May 29 and later released on bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on June 25.
