304 Lofts Approved for Downtown Coeur d’Alene
A vacant lot at Third Street and Wallace Avenue will soon become 304 Lofts, a 10-unit apartment building approved by Coeur d’Alene’s Design Review Commission.
The 14,644-square-foot building will feature:
- 5 one-bedroom/studio units
- 5 two-bedroom units
King Chinook, LLC, re-submitted the previously approved 2022 design with no major changes. Nine parking spots will be included in a lower-level garage, with fees paid for four additional spaces.
The long-empty lot, considered an eyesore, is expected to see construction begin soon.
